What is the Holiday Bazaar?

The Circle School Holiday Bazaar is an annual event where members of the school community can offer their hand-crafted and gift-quality items for sale. It’s a time when we can all come together to enjoy each other’s company and conversation and appreciate the artistry, craftsmanship and ingenuity of members of our community. It’s also an opportunity to support The Circle School through your purchases of unique and meaningful items in advance of the holidays.

How can I become a vendor for the Holiday Bazaar?

Vendor registration is open to all current and former Circle School families. Click here if you would like to register to be a vendor. There is no charge for vendor space, but we do ask vendors to contribute some portion of their proceeds to The Circle School.

What sorts of things have been offered by vendors in the past?

Handmade items are encouraged, but gift items of any sort are welcome. Here are some examples of things that have been offered in the past: handmade soaps, candles and salves; freshly harvested veggies and eggs; home canned items; like-new clothing; knitted and crocheted hats, scarves and gloves; lives plants; homemade play dough and play scarves; made-on-the-spot cotton candy; gift certificates; dolls and other toys; woodworking; ceramics; paintings; ornaments; quilts; jewelry; at-the-event yoga and meditation sessions; books; games…

Is there any food at the Holiday Bazaar?

Soup, bread, and hot beverages are provided to our guests for a donation. All proceeds from food donations go to support The Circle School.

What other opportunities are there to help if I don’t want to be a vendor?

You can sign up to donate a crockpot full of soup! We also need help with advertising the event, setting up, cleaning up, and greeting visitors during the event. Go here if you want to help out.

Who can come to the Holiday Bazaar?

The Holiday Bazaar is open to all current and former Circle School families, their guests, and the general public. Please note that teenagers and children who are under 18 years old are welcome to attend with a parent or with permission arranged through the school office.
